The Culture Map

An interesting and useful book recommended to me some time ago by Cedric. The only Cedric I know actually😄

It's written in a clear, American way, but fortunately not too American😄. The only default for me was that Poland was mentioned only twice on the graphs, so I had to try to find our place rather blindly. But even then the examples of other countries from the whole world showed me the richness of possibilities that can both be problematic, but can also turn to a big advantage of multicultural teams. Navigating them is maybe not easy, but is fascinating. 

So, if you work with foreigners, go abroad or are simply curious, don't think twice. Get a copy of Erin's book and start diving into this sea.
